This one has Bansley Chops as the main protien, but these can be swapped for pretty much any other protiem, such as Lamb Chop, Chicken Thighs, Pork Belly Strips etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Barnsley Chops <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Red Repper (Chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Corgette (Chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Button Mushrooms (Quartered)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Medium Onion (Chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil for cooking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn on your oven to pre-heat to 200 Degrees Celcius Fan or equivilent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chop up all the veg to similar size and place in an oven proof dish.
