This recipe will serve two and is a variation on the stuffed chicken thighs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Large Gammon Steak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cumberland Sausages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trim the fat from the Gammon Steak and lay on a piece of clingfilm larger than the surface area of the Gammon Steak.  Skin the sausage and place the sausage filling on the center of the Gammon Steak, spreading it to both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wrap the Gammon Streak around the sausage meat and wrap the clingfilm around the Gammon Steak and make into a roulard. (There is an example video <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/s1FNe9iYRUM\">here<\/a> on how to roll with Cling Film).
