
These Goat meat Koftas are a great alternative to the normal Lamb and give a sence of authenticity
Ingredients
- 500g Goat mince,
- 2 Tsp Paprika,
- 2 Tsp Cumin,
- 2 Tsp Cayenne
- 2 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon.
- 2 large Garlic Cloves crushed.
- Handful of fresh mint leaves chopped fine, (use 2 Tsp mint sauce if fresh mint not available)
- Salt and pepper.
Method
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Then place in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight.

Divide into 8 equal portion and roll into ball shapes then into the classic Kofta shape, you can place on skewers if you wish.
Fry or grill until cooked through and piping hot.
